I’m an integrative therapist and wellness practitioner.

As a South Asian woman, I know what it feels like to be anxious, and trapped under old pressures – I’ve been there myself.

I support my clients to stop spiralling, feel more in control and start living without the weight of old expectations or pressures.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time. This allows for depth and genuine transformation, not surface-level coping. I prioritise working with individuals who feel ready to engage consistently and invest in meaningful change.

We use practical techniques that work; nothing overcomplicated or overwhelming. We also explore the areas that matter to your lived experience including culture, family dynamics, relationships and any other influences that shape how you feel and show up in life.

3.Support for real change
All of this comes together in a safe, guided process that helps you build confidence, calm and clarity – so you can feel more in control, trust yourself and start living without carrying old pressures.

Yes, of course! Most people come to me feeling exactly this way – you don’t need the right words or a clear story. We start where you are, move at your pace and only explore what feels manageable for you.

Doing things alone can help, but without structure and support it often keeps you stuck in your head. This work gives you a clear framework, personalised guidance and a safe space where change actually settles into your body and daily life, not just your understanding.

No. This work is not about pushing, reliving everything or rushing emotional processing. We go safely and intentionally. You stay in control at all times and we only explore what feels right for you.

Many clients notice small but meaningful shifts early on, like feeling calmer, sleeping better or reacting less. Lasting change builds over time and it’s done in simple, manageable ways that fit into your real life.

We usually start with weekly sessions, as this offers the most consistent support and helps create steady progress, especially in the early stages. I’m flexible in how I work and offer both 60 and 90-minute sessions, depending on what feels right for you and the depth of support you want.
