This shorter programme is perfect if you’re feeling anxious or emotionally stuck—and want structured support without the deep-dive work.
Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you small or overwhelmed. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, rebuild self-trust and feel more like yourself again.
Many clients find this brings the shift they needed. Others use it as a powerful first step into deeper healing.

Whilst most of my work takes place within structured therapy packages, I offer a limited number of one-off sessions for returning clients or those in need of short-term support.
These ad hoc sessions are ideal if you’re not ready to commit to a full programme, but need an attuned space to feel seen and supported. Whether you’re moving through a difficult moment, navigating emotional overwhelm or just need a therapeutic check-in, together we will work through it at your pace.
