I offer Wellbeing Workshops & Circles which are culturally aware therapist-led spaces designed to help you reflect and notice the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and respond  – without it feeling overwhelming.

This isn’t therapy; it’s where gentle insight meets everyday life. You leave feeling lighter and with more clarity to help you navigate life easier.

For those ready to go deeper, one-to-one therapy provides a personalised space to explore patterns, experiences, and behaviours that are harder to shift alone, at an emotional, psychological and somatic level.

You don’t need to have the answers before you start. I offer a space where you can feel seen, understood and supported – all at your pace – while learning how to trust yourself again.

It’s about understanding yourself well enough that your reactions, decisions, and relationships begin to feel simpler.
