1. Deep Healing Transformation

16 week private therapy programme

This is my most in-depth offering—ideal if you’re ready to work through the root causes of long-standing anxiety, identity struggles, attachment styles, relationships, burnout or childhood wounds.

We meet weekly for 90 minutes, using a blend of approaches to gently gain awareness, unpick emotional patterns and build your ideal self.

Some sessions may feel deep and cathartic. Others more reflective and integrative. Together, we create a pace your nervous system can hold—while moving toward lasting transformation.

Includes:

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions (online or in-person)
  • Bespoke hypnosis recordings for lifetime use
  • Ongoing support between sessions (voice notes/check-ins)
  • A 65+ healing workbook, toolkit & journal to accompany your transformation
This can also be combined with the Becoming Whole self-healing course to complement your journey.

2. Becoming Whole:

The Self-Guided Online Course

This is a self-paced, trauma-informed course for the woman who’s ready to move beyond survival. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity loss, low self-worth, burnout or the emotional weight of doing it all—this is a space to finally understand yourself, soften the armour and start becoming who you were always meant to be.

Inside this course, we’ll walk gently—but deeply—into the emotional roots of your struggles, unpacking patterns shaped by your past and rewiring the beliefs that have kept you stuck such as:

  • Long-standing anxiety, emotional dysregulation or nervous system overwhelm

  • Self-worth issues, people-pleasing, self sabotage and perfectionism

  • The hidden wounds of emotionally unavailable parenting or childhood neglect

  • Relational patterns that leave you feeling anxious, rejected or not enough

  • The pressure to always do more, care more, be more—while feeling like you’re losing yourself

3. Deep Healing Transformation + Becoming Whole Course

A 16-week private therapy and coaching programme that includes full access to the Becoming Whole self-guided course—a complete healing experience for the woman ready to move beyond survival and start living as her whole self.

This is my most in-depth and supportive offering. Together, we’ll work through the root causes of long-standing anxiety, identity struggles, attachment wounds, burnout, and the emotional weight of your past. This combined experience gives you both:

  • A structured path forward, with tools you can revisit for life

  • Relational healing and real-time support, so you’re not doing it alone

4. Confidence & Calm Reset 

8 week therapy package

This shorter programme is perfect if you’re feeling anxious or emotionally stuck—and want structured support without the deep-dive work.

Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that keep you small or overwhelmed. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, rebuild self-trust and feel more like yourself again.

Many clients find this brings the shift they needed. Others use it as a powerful first step into deeper healing.

Includes:

  • Weekly 60-minute sessions (online or in-person)
  • Personalised hypnosis recordings
  • A 30+ page Reflective Workbook & Journal with integration tools
  • Option to continue into monthly integration support thereafter

5. One-Off Sessions (Limited Availability)

Occasional support—when you need a moment to reset
Whilst most of my work takes place within structured therapy packages, I offer a limited number of one-off sessions for returning clients or those in need of short-term support.

These ad hoc sessions are ideal if you’re not ready to commit to a full programme, but need an attuned space to feel seen and supported. Whether you’re moving through a difficult moment, navigating emotional overwhelm or just need a therapeutic check-in, together we will work through it at your pace.

Please note: For deeper, lasting change, I recommend one of the core packages, as they offer the structure, depth and momentum needed for true transformation.
