With additional qualifications in hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy, I provide a unique triad of therapeutic approaches to my clients. This enables me to offer complete support to my clients and see them thrive, based on their individual needs within just a couple of sessions.

The difference at Inner Space Therapy is that I work with you as an individual. We’ll look at what’s really happening beneath the surface and create a tailored approach that actually works for you. Sometimes just a few sessions are all you need, and other times, deeper work is needed. Either way, we’ll go at the right pace for you to ensure you see real progress.
This depends entirely on you—some clients feel significant changes in just a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. I don’t keep you in therapy for longer than necessary, but I also won’t rush you through a rigid programme. After our first session in my private practice, I’ll have a clearer idea of what’s needed to get you where you want to be. We’ll focus on practical, effective strategies so you feel real shifts as soon as possible.
