Choosing the right therapist is personal, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and understood. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to your specific needs. I don’t believe in generic solutions—I take the time to truly understand what’s going on for you and what’s driving the challenges you’re facing.
Many of my clients come to me after feeling let down by previous therapy—whether through the NHS or private therapists who didn’t truly understand their needs. Therapy shouldn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all process, and sometimes quick-fix approaches don’t address the root of the issue.
This depends entirely on you—some clients feel significant changes in just a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. I don’t keep you in therapy for longer than necessary, but I also won’t rush you through a rigid programme. After our first session, I’ll have a clearer idea of what’s needed to get you where you want to be.
