If you’ve spent years feeling anxious, overthinking, second-guessing yourself or feeling stuck in the same patterns. This is designed to help you finally understand what’s going on – and start changing it!
On the outside, you’re capable. You get things done. People rely on you. But internally, it feels very different:
And the most frustrating part?
You already understand your patterns… but nothing actually changes.
This is not group therapy, one-to-one work, or a space where you just sit and talk. This is a structured, small-group programme designed to help you understand exactly why you think the way you do… and actually change it.
100% of clients record a reduction in overthinking and increase in self-trust and confidence. This means less people-pleasing, less emotional overwhelm and a stable sense of direction in daily life. In addition you will notice:

From the start, she created a space where I felt comfortable being honest, even about things I usually struggle to talk about. She listens without judgement, but also knows when to challenge me in a way that actually helps me grow rather than just stay stuck. Over time, she’s helped me understand myself better, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of thinking. I’ve seen a real difference in my wellbeing and how I handle things day to day, which I honestly didn’t expect to this extent. If you’re looking for a therapist who is supportive, insightful, and actually makes a lasting impact, I couldn’t recommend Nisha more. I recommend her over again to many people in my life wanting or needing a therapist. Gurkiran KaurTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been gifted the privilege to work with Nisha in a circle space and invited as a guest to her podcast. I absolutely adore Nisha, the energy, love and vibrancy she brings. I admire her clarity in her work and how she brings that forward for clients and colleagues. I enjoy my time spent with Nisha, her honesty and her love for what she does and how she wants to share it. The podcast experience was seamless and she made it a really comfortable and easy experience (especially as someone who is camera shy, this was so reassuring). Working intuitively with Nisha in circle was beautiful too, we were able to share and bounce what we needed to off each other to hold the space. Nisha is a wonderful space holder, absolute natural - her wording and compassion as well as her ability to question without feeling judgement is such a skill. It is a blessing to know and work with her. Hetal TrivediTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I met Nisha, first time for her vision board workshop back in December. It was a thoughtful and well-guided experience. She creates a supportive space to reflect, reset and gain clarity ahead. She also has a calm way of structuring and facilitating, which makes it easy to engage fully with the process. Thank you Nisha for everything that you do. NeshaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended Nisha’s vision board workshop and absolutely loved it. It was really fun and inspiring. It made me clear on my goals and the group felt like a safe and supportive space, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend it! Sunny BurkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Nisha to be excellent. She created a comfortable space where I felt able to open up. She put in effort to fully understand the issues that I was facing at a deeper level, and to also understand me as a person, before going down the right path to resolve them. I felt that our hypnotherapy session helped a lot, and has set me on a path to having a happier and more positive outlook. I highly recommend!

You’ve likely already spent time trying to figure this out on your own. That’s not a failure – it simply means you’ve been trying to change something without the right structure to support it… And if you’re honest, you already know this pattern comes at a cost:
Because this doesn’t go away, it repeats – in your decisions, your relationships and how you show up in your life.
This Programme helps you fundamentally change how you think, decide and show up in your life going forward.

Her Situation – Yasmin had always been “the responsible one,” carrying other people’s emotions and trying to keep everything together. As an adult, she struggled to say no, overcommitted, and constantly second-guessed herself. Even rest came with guilt, and her body showed the impact through IBS and ongoing stress. She came in exhausted from carrying so much.
The Patterns – We identified patterns of feeling responsible for others’ emotions, absorbing guilt, overcommitting, and chronic overthinking and mental looping.
The Outcome – Yasmin learned she could care without carrying responsibility for others. She began setting boundaries without guilt, saying no without overexplaining, and feeling respected in her relationships.
Her mind became quieter, her body calmer. She could relax properly, sleep deeply, and experienced fewer stress-related symptoms. She gained clarity on what she actually wanted and began making decisions with ease.
She moved from carrying everyone else’s emotional weight to feeling steady, grounded, and able to show up for herself without guilt.
Yasmin says: “I wasn’t sure anyone could help me untangle how much I carried… but from the very first session, I felt a shift. I sleep better, my stress feels lighter and I finally have the space to just be me without guilt… I feel grounded, clear and more present in every part of my life.”
If you’re ready to become more confident, self-trusting and steady in how you think, decide and show up, you can join now.
