Anxiety, at its core, is a natural response designed to protect us from perceived threats. Often, anxiety is seen as a hostile force, something to be fought against or eradicated. However, by reframing the relationship and treating anxiety as something to be understood, we can reduce the intensity of its grip on our lives. Within each of us is the power to transform anxiety and take back control and live more in the way that we want to.
