I do not believe in quick-fixes or miracle cures. We are shaped by our environment and beliefs, and often this can have a deeper impact on us than we realise. Whilst it is not necessary for us to go into the depths of this to make changes, it is important for us to take the time to hold awareness of the parts that need our love and attention.
By working together, we can meet these parts with kindness and compassion; I create and hold space for you which allows you to do this important work. The effects are profound and long lasting, resulting in a happier and more self-aware version of you.
I provide a short education to my clients about why they are feeling or behaving the way they do and this is very effective in helping them to notice these feelings or behaviours when they do arise. This understanding supports them to overcome and create their desired changes.
I believe in empowering my clients by teaching them the skills to independently manage any issues and create resilience against any future worries, and without the need for a therapist.

Sometimes trauma can manifest in addictions, and I am here to provide personalised support, based on your personal history and reasons for addiction. By working together we will learn about the nature of addiction, explore strategies to overcome cravings and navigate triggers. My article here provides more information.

Chronic pain can often be attributed to emotional and psychological distress, without us even knowing. We will agree a plan of treatment to successfully identify the root cause of your pain, and any triggers. Alongside this, we will work to find solutions to any on-going stressors, so that you can live your life free from emotional and physical pain.

Within 2-3 sessions of using Hypno-Desensitisation, EMDR & CBT techniques, we will:
- identify the root cause for your fear
- process any unwanted memories or emotions
- reduce the fear factor
- re-program your subconscious mind with positive notions about the fear
- work to implement strategies towards permanent change
Each sessions lasts around 90 minutes and you will be gifted your own guided hypnotherapy audio recording for you to use in-between sessions and as a top up, for whenever you need it.

Using well-researched techniques, including Hypnotherapy & CBT techniques, I can help you break free from unwanted behaviours and create healthier, lasting habits in 2-3 sessions lasting around 90 minutes per session.

- possible reasons for your habits
- remove and re-process any reasons
- replace your current habits with healthier ones
- explore strategies to support long-standing motivation
You will also be provided with your own guided hypnotherapy audio recording to listen to in-between sessions and whenever you need.
